Release tension and recover lightness in your body
A simple practice with natural movements to help your body let go and return to its rhythm.

What is Porã
Porã comes from Tupi-Guarani (Potiguara) and can be understood as something close to "wholeness", "well-being", "that which is in harmony".
Porã is a space for body practices focused on care and returning to this state. The main practice offered is TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises).
What is TRE®
TRE® is a practice that invites the body to access natural involuntary movements.
These movements can help release accumulated tension and bring more regulation and vitality.
No effort or experience required. The body leads the process.

Parts-Informed Online Sessions
This is a free TRE® session offered as part of my ongoing practice as a certified TRE® Provider. My facilitation is simple, careful, and body-oriented, with attention to pacing, choice, and the signals of the body.
I may use parts-informed language (inspired by IFS) to support clarity and kindness in how you relate to your experience. This is not IFS therapy.
Camera on is required so I can guide safely. This session will not be recorded.
